Using Franchisd
Franchisd at franchisd.live lets you browse movie franchises, track watched films, rate and review franchises, and share a social profile. These terms describe the conditions for using the service. By creating an account or using account features, you agree to these terms. Use the service only where you can lawfully agree to them, with parent or guardian involvement where required.
Your account
Use an email or Google account you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission. Contact franchisdwebsite@gmail.com if you believe an account has been compromised; never email your password.
Your profile and contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your bio, avatar, and reviews. You permit Franchisd and its service providers to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service and according to the visibility settings available. Submit only content you have the right to use. Public information may be viewed or copied by other people.
How account information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy, including public-profile defaults and the limits of avatar privacy.
Community and service rules
Do not use Franchisd to harass others, post hateful or unlawful material, share another person's private information without permission, impersonate people, or publish spam. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass security and request limits.
Administrators may moderate profile content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules or threaten the service. A ban does not itself delete account data. For a moderation question or appeal, contact the support email below.
Movie data and availability
Movie names, release dates, collections, credits, and artwork come from TMDB and may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Progress and achievements are calculated from saved activity and available movie data, not proof of actual viewing. Letterboxd imports may need checking if a title is matched incorrectly.
Franchisd is not affiliated with Google, TMDB, Letterboxd, or the film studios shown on the site. Movie artwork and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Service features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Leaving the service
You may stop using Franchisd at any time. To request account deletion or a copy of your saved information, email franchisdwebsite@gmail.com from your account email address. We may need to verify ownership. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.
